This is a cool solution I came up with. I needed to hold ABS enclosures in the same position for machining and I decided that fixing it with double sided tape wasn’t the best of solutions. So I measured out the rails and depths for the 3018’s build plate and mocked up a jig in fusion 360. I also added 3mm holes for the cutting bit to slide into for aiding calibration.
I then printed it on my ender 3 and after a little sanding…
